We will submit claims for AFLAC, AlwaysCare, CareFirst, Careington Benefits, Federal BCBS, CIGNA, GEHA, Humana, KCL Group Benefits, LineCo, Mutual of Omaha, Starmount Life Insurance, United Healthcare, and Unum. However, payment is due in full on the day of service for patients with these carriers and insurance payment will be sent directly to the policyholder.
